A Girl’s Guide: How to Safely Sell Pictures on the Internet

As the beginning of February quickly approaches, you’re probably feeling the effects of Blue January. This is the period of time after Christmas where the average American is $1,300 in debt, days are the shortest they are all year, and temperatures are generally at a low.

If your rent is due on February 1st, these things all compound the fact that you are probably very poor, and most likely feeling extremely discouraged. So what do you do when you need money quickly? Cancel your black market listing for your kidney, you can probably make $350 or more in a day selling pictures on the internet.

So, What Kind of Pictures?

Well, I’m not here to lie to you, the best selling pictures are generally nudes, but not always! As my roommate in college once told me blacked out of her mind while I cried over a boy, “No matter how ugly you are, someone will think you’re fuckable”, and I think that’s beautiful.

In the future I’ll write a more comprehensive look on how to make money on the internet (including underwear and more), for this piece I will strictly be focusing on : Feet Pics and Nudes.

What’s the Difference?

Feet Pics

If you’re new to this world, Feet Pics are generally pictures of your feet (either pedicured or plain) that people will ask to purchase in order to use for fantasy purposes. These pictures may just be of your feet (balls, heels, toes and arch are considered the erotic regions), or of your feet holding objects like bananas or water bottles. There may be other less ordinary requests such as squishing your toes in jelly or other food products.

Where Do I Find Buyers?

As feet are among the most common fetishes, buyers are typically on the easier side to find. The 2 most common ways of finding buyers are creating burner social media accounts using hashtags such as “#feetpics, #footfeish, #soleslave”, or creating a Reddit account in order to advertise your goods.  You can do so on the threads here and here.

What Should I Charge?

Unfortunately, most people have 2 feet, so basic supply and demand is stacked against you here. Unless you have notably high arches, a cult following, or something otherwise that sets you apart in the market, expect to get approximately 15 to 10 dollars a picture.

Other Things To Remember

  • Always get your money first, or at least half upfront– Unfortunately, people on the internet are still people and will try to scam you
  • Never take pictures in identifying location— Make sure that your backgrounds are on plain flooring or blankets, and never reveal your face unless you’re comfortable.
  • If you’re mass selling, it’s better to take pictures in photoshoot sessions and sell them in batches
  • Never sell through texting–Use Snapchat, Instagram or Twitter DMs
  • Accept Payment through Venmo, CashApp and Paypal. You can also create an Amazon Wishlist

Nude Pictures

Nude Pictures, or often just “nudes”, are the most requested thing on the internet. How many of us were 15 and got a text from a boy at 11pm on a Tuesday night that just said “nudes?”. Yeah, exactly.

Because they are so in demand, I have great news- it is incredibly easy to find buyers. That’s right, even though you’ve been brought up to internalize the idea you must look like a Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie, Pamela Anderson hybrid sex doll to be found attractive, at the end of the day there are millions of men (and women!!!!) all with different preferences, meaning statistically it is impossible not for one of them to find you attractive no matter how small, big, saggy or lumpy you are. So, let’s get started.

Where Do I Find Buyers?

Again, the easiest way to find buyers is making dummy social media accounts that aren’t connected to your main. Instagram has cracked down recently on sexual content, so Twitter is probably your best bet if you’d like to take this route. Reddit is also again an available option, and you can find the Reddit threads here and here.

It’s also likely that your buyers will approach you. Using Tinder or even your public socials, when asked for pictures sexual in nature, simply ask, “how much is it worth you you?”. Never name a price first, always have them name a number first— this is important so you can negotiate without low-balling yourself.

What Should I Charge?

There is a huge variance on how much you should charge, and what platform you use.

If you’re using a platform like Onlyfans.com, you charge a flat rate (usually between $5 and $10) per month for a few “all access” pictures, and then charge more for special pictures and requests that can go anywhere from $50 to $500.

If you’re “freelancing” nudes and selling them single, charge more to err on the side of caution. Generally $50 to $75 a picture is for non-genitals, $125 for genitals, and $200+ for videos. If they have special requests, feel free to request more! People understand that you are doing this specifically for them and are getting a unique picture, and generally will pay more.

  • If you’re selling through OnlyFans know you will have to pay taxes on that revenue
  • If people pay for something, give it to them— Don’t piss off your customer is business 101, if you charge extra for something make sure to follow through, so don’t agree to things you’re uncomfortable with
  • Props, like like lingerie and sex toys, often make pictures go up in price
  • You are allowed to say no to things. No explanation needed.
